Ship to Store items

Any item/order can be shipped directly to the store for Free! Estimated date of arrival for today's orders.
Items that are too large and/or heavy can only be shipped to a store for pick-up. These items are marked on the item's description page and will also be highlighted upon check out. We will call you when your order arrives. All large items and pallet orders must be picked up within 24 hours.



Shipping information

Orders are processed the same day and typically ship within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped via FedEx. Orders can only be shipped to a verified/valid shipping address. We cannot ship to a PO Box or military APO addresses.

If a shipment is refused or is rendered undeliverable by FedEx, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 12% restocking fee. The balance will be refunded to the credit card.



Return Policy

Returns must be complete, in their original sealed packaging to receive a full refund. Items ordered online may be returned within 33 days after purchase. If you need to return an item, please log into your account and click the return authorization form. Complete all information on the form. Returns can be processed at a store with the order form, or shipped back with the return authorization form.

We advise shipping your return with a carrier that will insure and/or provide tracking information. Otherwise we cannot be held responsible for packages that are not received. Upon arrival at our warehouse a refund will be issued for your items. Shipping costs are not refundable.

If you have received a product that is damaged, defective, or sent in error, you must notify My Pet Store and More within 7 days upon receipt of your order. My Pet Store And More reserves the right to replace the item or part of the item as a remedy. If a return is authorized, we will send you a prepaid shipping label for your item. Once we have received the item in our warehouse, your credit card will be credited for the total including shipping. If notified after 7 days, My Pet Store And More will still try to correct any problems, but cannot guarantee a refund.
